Lover of riddles who fosters professional connections through the art of storytelling. As a writer, I generate narratives that connect with audiences, engage stakeholders, address challenges, map goals, and guide action plans.
As a creative writer, my work has been championed in The Savannahian Zine, Terrible Twosdays (Akashic Books online), Savannah Magazine, The Write Life (Wilkes University blog), and the Savannah Morning News. Like any good writer, my work has also graced many a crumpled sheet of paper and discarded Word file.

Performance initiatives focus on community, support, and having fun while working out aligns with my personal relationship with fitness. Throughout my life, exercise has been a way to center myself and build community. I used to meet my friends at the field behind our neighborhood to play pickup games of wiffle ball or soccer. Later in life, going to the gym during college was another way to socialize and make connections in a new town
